Subaru has announced that it will reveal the new impreza 2024 at this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show, but not only that, the manufacturer shared a advancement of the new model, although unfortunately, it reveals very little of the car. At least, we have the consolation of seeing it complete on November 17.
2024 Subaru Impreza Sneak Peek
The teaser image only shows the upper part of the silhouette of the impreza, revealing a hatchback design. Currently, the Japanese brand also offers it as a sedan. It’s hard to tell from the photo, but it looks like the new impreza higher than the current model. Although, with consumers choosing crossovers and SUVs, it wouldn’t be surprising impreza higher driving, although it could also be a trick of the camera.
Some of the only visible parts in the impreza blue are the hood and A-pillar body lines, which look like the current model. The photo also shows the small roof spoiler that protrudes above the hatch glass. A teaser image of the interior is not available, although the vehicle could receive a digital driver’s display, a new infotainment screen, a refreshed dash design, and the latest tech updates. It could also be equipped with safety equipment such as the Subaru EyeSight system.

The all wheel drive should be standard imprezabut it is not clear if Subaru will make significant changes to the powertrain. The impreza The current one has a 2.0-liter four-cylinder boxer engine that generates 152 Hp (113 kW) and 145 lb-ft (196 Nm) of torque. That power isn’t much for the Impreza segment, so it could use an upgrade. However, we will have to wait until Los Angeles Auto Show to learn about new engines or departures.
The impreza The current fifth-generation car went on sale for the 2017 model year. Sales of it peaked that year at just over 86,000, but dropped by nearly half in the tortuous 2020. And then declined again in 2021. What a complete redesign inside and out would perhaps reinvigorate the model in the eyes of consumers.
