The Bugatti Baby II Configurator Lets You Personalize the Type MIni 35 at Home

The Little Car Company, in collaboration with renowned software development agency Ibisdev, has launched a state-of-the-art online configurator for the Bugatti Baby II. This innovative technology allows customers to design unique versions of their vehicles in 3D augmented reality (AR) and view their creations in real-life environments such as their home, office or garage.

The Bugatti Baby II, a contemporary tribute to Ettore Bugatti’s original Type 35 masterpiece, was developed by Bugatti and The Little Car Company to celebrate the iconic brand’s 110th anniversary. It is fully electric and streamlined to three quarters of the classic Type 35.

Newly launched online configurator allows customers to personalize their Baby II according to their needs, starting with a choice of three body styles and styles, followed by a variety of exterior and interior designs and colors. The leather colors and materials have been carefully curated to be period-appropriate and pay homage to the history of the original Type 35, with names like Helle Green and Raphanel Blue inspired by the iconic Bugatti driver.

The 3D AR tool, designed solely by The Little Car Company, provides customers with a realistic view of a customized Baby II, placing the design on their device at 100% scale. This innovative tool provides a truly immersive experience for customers, who can personalize their vehicle from the comfort of their own home.

Customers can choose from three versions of Baby II: Base, Vitesse, and Pur Sang. All versions are equipped with rear-wheel drive, high-performance brakes, electric powertrain and selectable driving modes. The Basic model comes with two modes, Beginner, limited to 12.4 miles per hour (20 kilometers per hour) and 1.34 horsepower (1 kilowatt), and Expert, limited to 28 mph (45k km/h) and 5, 36 hp (4 kW). .

The Vitesse and Pur Sang models include Novice and Expert modes, with an upgraded powertrain giving owners 13.4 hp (10 kW) and a top speed of 43 mph (70 km/h), unlocked with the Bugatti Speed ​​Key. The Pur Sang model is made of aluminum bodywork that was shaped by hand using traditional coachbuilding techniques and took over 200 hours to complete.
