Girl died after being shot from a moving vehicle in Hualpén, Chile

This Tuesday a shooting in Huelpen, Bio Bio region, ended the life of a girl in the town of Armando Alarcón del Canto.

The minor was identified as Rose Esperanza Insulza Freire, 11 years old died after being hit by a bullet. A 45-year-old woman was also injured after receiving two impacts in the chest area.


According to the sub-prefect Ángel Campos, of the Homicide Brigade (BH) of the PDI, her family reported that the young woman was using her computer on the second floor of her home.
