Three subjects who were armed with sticks and tried to intimidate a driver to steal his vehicle were arrested by Carabineros personnel.
This Tuesday three assailants were caught red-handed while trying to steal the vehicle to a man in the commune of El Bosque.
According to preliminary information, staff from Control of Public Order (COP) of Carabineros was moving with a detainee after monitoring a funeral of high risk in La Pintana.
In that context, and while they were moving through the intersection of streets Father Stolen with Lo Martinezofficials realize that three subjects, armed with iron and sticks, intimidated the driver of a vehicle.

Seeing the police presence, the assailants they tried to flee without success, being captured by Carabineros COP personnel. More information was provided by Lieutenant Manuel Fuentes, patrol officer of the Santiago Sur Prefecture.
“When passing through Lo Martínez avenue at the intersection with Padre Hurtado avenue, they surprised three subjects, who were carrying out a violent robbery on a driver of a vehicle,” he pointed.
“Thanks to the rapid action of the Carabineros, the arrest of the three subjects and the seizure of the elements used for the robbery were achieved”he added.
The three subjects were arrested for this attempted robbery in El Bosquewhile the affected driver sustained minor injuries.
