The user reported that the workers of the place located on Avenida 5 Poniente delivered the car to a person who said they had lost the ticket, the employees only asked for payment for one hour of parking to deliver the unit. The cameras show how the subject leaves in the car without any inconvenience.

The Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) of the municipality of Puebla confirmed that the report requesting help was made on the night of November 19 at 8:00 p.m., for which reason the authorities implemented a search operation without finding the suspect, the complaint was filed with the Attorney General of the State of Puebla (FGE).
The person went to Prosecutor to the High Impact unit on South 11th Street to make the complaint and the corresponding procedures.
