A man died on the afternoon of this Friday, November 11, after being crushed by a truck, while repairing the wheel of the vehicle in Punta Arenas, Magellan.
The event occurred in the truck yard located on Rómulo Correa street, specifically at the height of Avenida Circunvalación in that city. In that place, the victim arrived with his vehicle, with which he was dedicated to repair tires at home
In this context, he was fixing a tire on a coupled truck, at which time, for reasons under investigation, the machine fell on him, killing him instantly.

This was confirmed by Samu personnel and firefighters who arrived to provide first aid after the witnesses called. Carabineros gave the Public Ministry the information to continue investigating the fatal accident. The body was transferred to the Legal Medical Service.
