Chile: Violent truck crash in Paillaco leaves one dead

One person lost his life as a result of an accident between two trucks in Paillaco, River region. The person responsible for the accident was driving while intoxicated.


The event happened at kilometer 869 of Route 5 South, where a light truck hit another of greater tonnage with semi trailer. The victim was the co-pilot of the smaller unit, while the driver was injured and was transferred to a care center.
