A trailer caught fire after a compact car, whose driver was speeding, crashed into the truck at kilometer 12 of the highway Tuxtla Gutierrez-San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas.
The authorities revealed that the driver of the white Subaru car with DSP4477 license plates, identified as Armando González Luna, was transferred to the IMSS 5 de Mayo hospital in the town.

The incident was recorded by the camera of the heavy vehicle, owned by a soft drink company. In the clip it is observed how the car driver loses control and collides head-on with the truck and upon impact, the fire makes its entrance.
The driver of the heavy unit got off the road and saved his life, while the compact car and its driver ended up against the opposite lane guard bar. Despite the shockingness of the video, the authorities assured that there were no fatalities.
