Spy images of the renewed Tesla Model 3 with little camouflage

This 2023 is the sixth anniversary of the Tesla Model 3, so it is not surprising that the firm is working on an update. The smallest model of the EV brand will be renewed thanks to the so-called Highlands Project.

Earlier this week a test mule was seen camouflaged with manufacturer’s plates passing the highway. This confirms that Tesla is working on something. The image is courtesy of u/the_frog_said on the r/teslamotors Reddit subreddit, reporting that it had the covered front and rear bumpers.

For now Tesla has not ruled on a possible facelift of the Model 3, but there are few brands that Announce renovation plans. In a recent report published by Reuters, he points out that the North American brand could update the small model.

Regarding the changes, improvements are expected in the infotainment system, the batteries and a visual adjustment, where this prototype has camouflage.

The Tesla Model 3 would go into production during the third quarter of 2023 at the Shanghai Gigafactory before being extended to the Fremont facility in Northern California.
