The car export in Mexico it has had an increase this month of October greater than in the last 17 years.
Mexico increases the export of cars in this month of October
In the month of October of this year, 267 thousand 910 motor units were exported from Mexico, 19.3% higher than what was registered in the same period of the previous year, according to the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (Inegi). It is the largest increase since 2005.

In October 2005, the volume of shipments abroad increased 28.2%. A higher volume than in October since 2020.
The most exported brands were General Motors Y Audi, with rises of 103 and 62.8%. Reflected in national manufacturing, since 278,505 units were sold in the country, 8.02% more than what was registered in the same month last year.
The figures accumulated between January and October of this year indicate that 2 million 789 thousand 988 vehicles were assembled in Mexico, 9.8% more than what was registered in the same period of the previous year. Exporting 2 million 391 thousand 171 units, 6.8% more than what was shipped in the same period last year.
