The 2023 Toyota Prius It just made its debut last night, marking a significant departure from its predecessor’s design language, while delivering more power and greater efficiency. And the internal tuners of Toyotathey have wasted no time, and it is that modelista and GR Parts/TRD, are already preparing a series of updates for the prius 2023 of the Japanese domestic market.

First, modelista will provide two distinct styling packages for the fifth generation of the prius: «Elegant Ice» and «Neo Advance». It could be argued that the body kit it is too complex for the clean design of the new priusbut the result looks more attractive than the previous generation.
The Neo Advance It looks sportier thanks to the extension of the front bumper with integrated LED and the blue details in the central entrance. Meanwhile, the Elegant Ice adds body-color trim next to the spotlights and a pair of chrome-finished faux tailpipes at the rear. It’s worth noting that each styling kit features its own side skirts, but none of them include a rear spoiler that would unnecessarily increase drag and could hurt the plug-in hybrid’s efficiency.
For his part, TRD hasn’t revealed much about its “GR Parts” kit for the prius, but they posted a single photo showing the layout of both ends. Changes include black-finished front bumper garnish at the center intake and creates a more pronounced splitter, tinted add-ons for the side windows and a spoiler at the base of the rear windshield.
This is perhaps the most attractive option for the prius, possibly as a preview for a GR Sport version. Judging by the rest of Toyota’s lineup, the Prius GR Sport is expected to combine a sportier appearance with more focused suspension setup.
Pricing for the Modellista and TRD kits will be announced later, along with a more detailed description of the available components.
