During the car show Los Angeles 2022 there have been several debuts, the most recent being a pair of small SUVs from VinFast. The Vietnamese electricity firm exhibited its VF 6 and VF 7 along with the larger VF 8 and three-row VF 9. The latter debuted last year in the United States.
The arrival of VF 6 and VF 7 this week in Los Angeles signifies the official reveal of the couple in North America, but the firm reserves the right to debut date.
Pricing is a bit of a mystery too, but one can speculate why they’re below the VF 8 which starts at $42,200, even though they’re technically $57,000 with full price battery included.
The VF 6 is available with 176 hp in ECO version, or 201 hp in Plus version. Its big brother matches that number in base Eco form, but for the Plus it delivers 349hp.

Also, this cconfiguration has all-wheel drive, while the others only offer front-wheel drive. The interior can be opted for vegan leather and panoramic glass roofs and five passenger seats. Freight estimates are not yet available.
Regarding prices, the firm allows customers to buy the vehicle with the full cost of the battery or a monthly subscription for the use of the battery, in this case it would be for a lower price.
It is a novel proposal that allows to reduce the price of the EV, although the subscription for the VF 8 remains at $169 per month. It is worth mentioning that said membership covers all battery maintenance and replacement when the charge capacity falls below $70.
