Three people were injured after a long-haul truck plunged down a freeway ramp and impacted at the scene of an earlier accident on a Los Angeles County highway.

The accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. Friday at the junction between the 14 and 5 freeways in Santa Clarita, while the roads were in heavy rain, KABC reported.
