On September 28, a burnt car in the commune of San Joaquín shocked the population after managing to extinguish the fire, and it is that, inside the vehicle, there was a man wrapped in a rug and that he also had three bullet wounds.
It is just over a month after the shocking event, that the identity of the subject who was burned inside the car is known: Edwin Jarawho was the leader of a criminal gang with Peruvian citizenship.
