A 42-year-old woman had her Range Rover stolen while she was filling up gas at a Long Island, New York gas station in USAand she is dragged several meters during the theft of her car in broad daylight, according to police information.


The victim was filling up her truck at the 76 Glen Cove Road gas station in Glen Head shortly before 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13, when the robbers pulled up next to her in a Porsche Cayenne SUV. white, Nassau County police said.

Surveillance footage of the robbery was obtained by ABC-TV News in a video which shows the unidentified woman pumping gasoline as a man exits the passenger side of the SUV and sneaks up, before getting behind the wheel of the Range Rover.

Both cars then exit, with the victim clinging to the side of his vehicle before falling out of it.

Police say the stolen vehicle stopped near the intersection of Glen Cove Road and Glen Head Road, and the thief jumped with the woman’s purse and laptop and got into the Porsche Cayenne that sped out of the area.

Both car thieves, including the driver of the PorscheThey are still fugitives. Nassau police said the woman suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
